Fees
Management fees are based on a variety of factors including the
number of units, the properties location, the condition of the
property and the amount of time needed to stabilize the property
if it is currently vacant.

charge 6-10% of gross income (excluding laundry).

of one months rent to “turn a unit.

In- house maintenance fees are cost plus 15%

Materials are at cost.

3rd party expenses are invoiced at cost.
We
have strong working relationships with carpet cleaners,
plumbers, HVAC, electricians and eviction lawyers which you will
be to your benefit. We are very good at driving rents, removing
bad tenants and selecting good tenants. In addition, we
understand the necessity of running a property with diligence
